Towelheads!

I just finished my 3rd layer of SG and I must say the results are pretty impressive. I can't wait until this weekend to put on a coat of Blitz.

In reading the posts from this group, it seems that most of us have only been using Klasse for a short period of time. Are there people here that have been using this product for years? How long has this product been around?

Glad to hear that you are having great results! There are many people here who have been using Klasse for years. I don't remember how long Klasse's been around, but I think it's somewhere in the neighborhood of 15-20 years.

Many loyal users have been using it on this board for years with good results on all types of cars. It has been around for almost 30 years........

Klasse has been around since the early 70's. In 1973 it won an honorary gold medal from the European Association of Invertors.

I've only been using it for about 6 months but I am sold on it. I love it!! Once I try Blackfire though I may have to forsake it. If Blackfire can give me the same results as Klasse and then some then I'm going to have to start using that instead.

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I think have changed the formula a bit over the years to improve upon their success.

 WOW!! I did not realize it has been around so long. I agree with others, I will continue to follow the Blackfire reports and if it really is as good as people say then I will be giving that a shot in six months. Write now I am very happy with the Klasse. Both on the car and its proven track record.

I think I started using Klasse last March or so.

Around 9 months I've been using the Klasse. Its the first winter with Klasse on several cars and in Spring I'll see how well it performs.

I've been using it for a year now and absolutely love it. The blitz only makes it better too. Its a GREAT combo. Post some pics of your ride, we'd love to see it all buffed up.

No, this isn't any type of anti-ethnic rant, it's a product review.

Got a package from Big Kahuna Jack the other day. In it were some Little Blue Waffle Weave towels I've been waiting for that've been out of stock since March. I was starting to think someone torpedoed the microfiber boat coming out of Korea. Well, it was worth the wait!

I've got a variety of WWs, some el-cheapos that only touch rocker panels, door jambs etc, some Meg's water magnets that are a pretty decent towel at an attractive price point, a few of the Target Vrooms as well as a couple of Cobra Guzzlers. Being the cheap bastich I am I don't pay retail for towels. I solicit 'em as gifts or grab 'em when they're on sale. Up until now the couple of Cobras I have were saved exclusively for the super-soft Vivid Black on the Harley-bago. One of the things I discovered is using a soft WW for QD or removing polish and wax residue prevents the micromarring that's been driving me nuts. I was hoping the Little Blues would be as good.

Lemme tell you, the Little Blue Waffle Weave towels are hands down the best I've ever used! I don't tend to have to dry much because I blow off most of the rinse water on whatever I'm washing. And on my white DD almost any old WW will do, it just doesn't show marks. The Vivid Black swirl monster is the ultimate test for towels. And the Little Blues passed with flying colors! :Dancing Dot: And man they really wash up nice!

Both the Little and Big Blues have been on Special for a while.... kinda moot since they've been out of stock. They're in now and I suggest scarfing 'em up before Jack comes to his senses!

Plus there's a pretty attractive two-fer for one of each:

Jack also threw a sample of his latest Microfiber acquisition in the box. He mentioned it as a "utility" towel for door jambs etc. The guy is out of his gourd! :out: These are as nice a microfiber towel as I've seen anywhere and I expect them to be priced very attractively! "Utility" my butt! I'd use 'em as my first choice on any paint surface for any task. They might get demoted to "utility" use after a couple of years but these are really, really nice towels and wash up even softer and fluffier than they come out of the box! Don't see 'em on the PAC site yet so a link should be forthcoming eventually.

Jack, where are those towels? People are gonna want a bunch of 'em!
