Tough time removing RMG

I love the stuff but it seems very "streaky" to me. I have a hard time removing it evenly it seems. The best way I have found was to remove with a microfiber towel first, then I use a microfiber bonnet on the PC to buff it out.



My question is, if I spray the bonnet with a little QD first, is this removing the RMG that I just put on there? I don't want this to be counterproductive, but for some reason if I spray the bonnet first before buffing, it seems to remove the streaking better/quicker?
 
Yeah I did. I probably used too much product. My main question was about QD removing the RMG I just put on. I don't think it will but I want to be sure. The QD I am using is Clearkotes quick shine
 
I think the QD is ok - I've used PB's spray and gloss after applying it and it didn't seem to remove the RMG. In the future I'd try to avoid having to use the QD by just applying less RMG. I've always been impressed by how easy RMG comes off, just need to put it on really thin.
 
No problems removing RMG, Though it is a *little harder* by hand than PC. When I apply it (esp by PC) it seems to dissolve into the paint leaving very little to remove. As others have said use less product and apply it thinner.
 
I apply it with a PC and finishing pad. I guarantee I use far too much, that's my main problem. I love the stuff though. Thanks for answering about the QD, now I won't fear I'm removing what I just did!
 
Once the pad it primed, less is more with RMG, like Rich said, it seems to disappear into the paint as you work it.
 
WOW, I never had a problem removing it. And I do the whole car then come back to remove. Good Luck.....
