touchup123.com, anyone ordered from them?

I have to say that this is the worst online ordering experience I have had with any company. Their website states 3-5 days for the order to ship. On the 5th day, i called . . . of course there was no answer, nor a response to my email. Eventually they responded 8 days after i purchased the product with the excuse that I could no longer cancel my order since it had already shipped. They are based in Illinois and I am based in NY . . . 3 day transit time at the most. Yesterday was the third day . . .



I ended up receiving a tracking number from them on 5/1, with a UPS tracking number, three days after they said it was sent. The kicker is that the UPS tracking number is bogus and doesn't indicate anything more than a packing slip being made for my order. At this rate, who knows when they will actually ship my order.



Keep in mind, I have been continually calling the company to no avail, nor do they seem to care to respond to emails. At this point I feel as if I should simply get my credit card company involved as they seemed to have no issue charging my card the day I placed the order.

Looks like we are in the same boat. I placed an order with them on 4/24, and finally received a shipping notice yesterday (5/1). The UPS tracking number does not tell you anything more than UPS has recieved the shippment.



In the end, I just hope the product is actually worth the money.

That is quite unfortunate. After calling them and leaving a few emails yesterday, I was still not contacted. I sent them a final email today giving them an ultimatum of contacting me by 5pm today before I submit a chargeback to my credit card company.



The head of touchup123.com (Jon Walrath) previously sent me an email assuring me that my order was shipped on the 27th. Seeing as how it was completely false and that the manifest was created on the 30th, I have very little faith left in their company. 5/3 and UPS has not picked up or received anything from them. Nor are they responding to any calls or emails.

My name is Jason Shaver and I am one of the owners of TouchUp 123, I just wanted to say that we admit to having some messed up customer service in the past. Our company growth has not been as graceful as we would have hoped and the most important part of our business, you, has suffured.

I have left msgs, emails, etc. and am now going to have my bank reverse the charges as they have not shipped in more than three weeks and have not provided a single response.\r\n\r\nIt may be a good product but why risk it? I am not the only one to have this issue and if people are having these problems trying to buy it imagine how hard it will be to get them to help you if there is a problem after the sale?!\r\n\r\nAdam'
