I have to say that this is the worst online ordering experience I have had with any company. Their website states 3-5 days for the order to ship. On the 5th day, i called . . . of course there was no answer, nor a response to my email. Eventually they responded 8 days after i purchased the product with the excuse that I could no longer cancel my order since it had already shipped. They are based in Illinois and I am based in NY . . . 3 day transit time at the most. Yesterday was the third day . . .
I ended up receiving a tracking number from them on 5/1, with a UPS tracking number, three days after they said it was sent. The kicker is that the UPS tracking number is bogus and doesn't indicate anything more than a packing slip being made for my order. At this rate, who knows when they will actually ship my order.
Keep in mind, I have been continually calling the company to no avail, nor do they seem to care to respond to emails. At this point I feel as if I should simply get my credit card company involved as they seemed to have no issue charging my card the day I placed the order.
