Touch Up Pens

JaredPointer

COME AT ME BRO
I do a lot of Interstate driving in my truck and have some small rock chips in the bumper and hood. I have tried the factory touch up paint and I do a decent job, but I was thinking of trying a touch up pen from AutoVisuals called the AutoSharpPen. Just wondering if anyone has used this product or one similar to it. I constantly keep my vehicles clean and those little chips bug me, so I want to know if this is a good alternative. Thanks!!

I used one from another company can't remeber the name. I think that the apint from the factory was better from quality and color match. I build up the chip over a few applications, then wet sand down after 24 hours drying time. Then buff with a polsih to bring back the finish. You can still see the chips but its much better than seeing the primer

I have been using the Autosharp pen for my black s80. It is better than using the factory paint as the pen does a good job of layering the paint. Call them as they have a nice helpline and do match the color of your car based on its make and color code (which I found in my car manual). I would be a bit more careful with light metalic paints as they are always harder to replicate.

The Mother's stuff is rebadged Langka blob eliminator at a lower price. It is very finicky to use, takes time and practice, but can produce decent results

I just looked up the Autovisual's pen. I'm going to order one. Thank you. Rick

Just wanted to say that I recieved the pen from the Autovisual guys and it worked out extremely nice. Easy to use & good paint match.

Can't find AutoVisual's web site. Anyone have the link. It's possible that it is just down for the time being.
