Touch up paint

I bought a used car last week and the previous owner used some touch up paint in about 4 areas. This paint looks green in the sun on top of my dark blue paint. I'm going to through the entire cleaning and waxing process in a few weeks, including claying. I bought a PC and it's on the way. Will the clay remove this touch up paint or should I use something like SSR 3 and the PC on it?? I have some Scratch X too. Is there something that would work better? If I can remove it, I think I'll go get the RIGHT color from the dealer. Thanks.

Scratch X will take a few applications to level the touch up. SSR3 will also, level the touch up. To remove the touch up from the chip/scratch I would sand or using paint/laquer thinner, becareful with which ever one is used.
