Touch up paint, then detail. How long?

I have many little chips on my hood, and a few small (but deep) scrathes. I will be fixing them all with touch up paint + clear coat soon and had a few questions:



1. How long do I have to wait to do my Polish, AIO, SG, #16 regimen? How long before a car wash?



2. A good place to buy touch up pain for a 98 Black Benz?
