Toronto Detailers - Chime In

I heard that the best detailer in Toronto (does Ferrari, Lamberghini etc.) is in Manulife Centre underground parking. Just read a write-up on them in the newspaper last week. You might want to check them out.

I am gonna take my cobra there and see what he can do to get all the swirls and crap off it. I can maintain it once it is done once.

I parked down there when I went to the Whole Foods Organic supermarket. I never did get a chance to go and talk the person doing the detailing but most of the cars are pretty new and didn't seem to need any swirls and scratches removed.

I dont have a PC...if I could afford a PC and all the tools/supplies, etc I would do it myself.

I am just not in a position to buy it all...takes money to make a car fast as hell ;-)

I just bought everything for my detailing needs...gimme sometime to practice, maybe when I setup a mobile detailing biz, you'll be the first customer!;)

That guy is nuts !!!! I never thought of washing my car 2-3 tims a day (yes, DAY!!!!) and do a full detail every week (that is like, $200-$250 :scared!!!)

I have a customer with a stable of nice cars that wanted all of them waxed and shampooed every week! I eventually talked him out of it (even though I wouldn't have minded the money) and he's been my best customer ever since. Some of these guys are incredibly obsessive about their cars (the guy I was talking about re-painted the hood on his BMW 745 because he got a stone chip the size of a pencil tip!

OK - I just checked about the detailer in Toronto in Manulife underground parking - wanted to have swirls removed - wouldn't you know it, they now no longer provide detailing services - car hand wash only . . .

So - I'm also looking for recommendations for a detailer in Toronto who could perform swirl removal only - I like to do the polish and seal myself.

D

If you go to yellowpages.ca and search for 'detailing' in Toronto a bunch of shops will come up. Don't get me wrong, most of the so called are pros are nothing but. But if you really need a detailer one of these guys may be decent enough. Just a thought...

Stallion,

My time is very limited right now. What did you have in mind?

BTW, I only have a PC, so swirl removal will take a bit of time to complete. I don't have any rotary experience unfortunately.
