Torn between a few things here:

1 - I bought a Powerball Mini. Now my wheels are painted and clear coated the same color as my car (a Galaxy Silver Pontiac Grand Prix) so any suggestions as to what to use with my PB Mini on them?

2 - Removing light swirls/scratches, I have a PC, my friend has PB's SSR 2.5 and SSR 1... he used it on his car and it really took out the swirls nicely, but I'm not sure if I wanna try that or like a Megs polish, so, would you use the SSR's, or a Megs, if it Megs, which one?

3 - PC Pads, I have the Sonus SFX pads but 2 of them are ruined, after letting them dry once, they turned black (have no idea why, mold or something?) but I couldn't stand the way they were so difficult to clean. So any suggestions as far as cleaning these if I order 2 new ones, or any other good pad kits out there that are easy to clean (being able to throw in a washer would be great, but not necessary. What kind of pads to look for, I heard the SFX's were closed cell foam, which means difficult to clean, so uh, yea I don't really know what this means.

1. I have never used the powerball, but if you are looking for a polish for the wheels, I would recommend using the same polish that you use on the car paint.

2. PB's SSR polishes are very good products. If you have them, I would not see a reason to get anything else.

3. I clean my pads in the washing machine. Generally with warm water and whatever detergent is on hand. Let them air dry.

1. I have a powerball mini and haven't found a good use for it yet. lol.

2. I love SSRs although they are a bit dusty. Got some Menzerna in this week (following the hype) and will see how much I like it. If you got SSR, stick to it. It worked really well on the PC for me

3. I live in a dry state and don't have to worry about mold so can't help you there. I'm pretty sure it's mold too.

From what I've read, you can use any sealant on the wheels. Some use DG 105, etc. I've been using WheelWax, but I don't buy again due to price. I'd like to try the mini-ball as well -- because the rims on my SUV are a real pain to clean/wax. Let us know how it works out.
