Hi John - I am pretty sure that durability will suffer unless you use POXY.



But that is true with any brand if you mix them. Generally speaking, if you are using a sealant, you want the polishing oils gone before you apply it.
 
As Thomas said, Poxy is probably best but you can use other flexible alternatives like OCW and DG-AW. Otherwise my recommendation is to use HD Polish then top with whatever you are comfortable with.
 
I think just like with all the other sealants, the more humidity, the longer it takes for the product to cure.



I'd suggest that you apply it with the PC speed 3 or 4 to make sure that you are putting down a thin coat. Remember a little goes a long way!



I can easily use no more than 8 pea size drops and cover the whole car. Even that is a bit too much.

Yep, I usually drop down to a small pad size for application as its just a waste to prime the pad with enough Poxy and then spend more time cleaning the pad. I've relegated my non XP PC to waxing/small pad use.
 
It would be neat if someone would do some poxy durability test with different removal times.
