Nope, probably won't. They look very ordinary and I rather get LC or Meg's pad to try out.

i think buff & shine makes the meg's pads.
Possibly LC is phasing those pads out and making the CP pads the standard?

Doesn't look like TOL prices on LC pads are going down, but just regular pricing. They are closing out those retail pads like PC and BS. I would think there would be closeout on LC pads?

The LC pads were on sale for $6.95 and went back up to $8.95. I was lucky enough to catch the sale price earlier in the week. They were not being closed out like the PC pad/plate & Buff & Shine.

I think TOL lowered their prices after CMA was having their before-closeout sale on their LC pads. Now that CMA no longer carries the pads, they raised their prices back up.

I'd want the 7.5" curved edge models. They're more versatile IMHO. I'll do a review, but it might be a while as I am pretty well stocked with pads right now.

I don't know what advantages the new CP pads would offer over the regular curved edge pads. The PC is an incredibly easy machine to use and pad deflection isn't a problem in my eyes. These pads may help the rotary user though.
