Tonneau cover cleaner

Anyone have suggestions for a vinyl tonneau cover cleaner and protectant?



Also, has anyone ever use the pro line products from TopOfTheLine. I just purchased a 7424 and some Propel pads to remove oxidation and swirls from a black Ford Ranger.
