TOL service

I wonder sometimes if they know what I'm ordering and ship it before I even order?!?!?!?!?!?! TOL has always been TOPS! :)

how much did the shipping cost you? it costed my 34 bucks last time i made a purchase :(

Hey zesty-man , shipping really kills us huh. People say its just the cost of doing business in Hawaii...B.S. Greay job on your dads black camino . BTW..aloha

I think it was about $9, they use actual shipping costs as far as I know plus a $2.95 fee for orders over $40 to cover the cost of a box. seems reasonable to me. I can assure you that they are not getting rich off shipping.

That's pretty sweet Joe. They are located in Arkansas, so pretty close to you and me. I got like 49 pounds worth of product sent for only $15, so I know they aren't killing me on shipping. Hope you liked what you purchased.

I have placed 4 orders with them and they were great each time. They ship very quickly (2 days to Atlanta each time) and their shipping is the cheapeset around (unless you qualify for free shipping somewhere else because of the size of the order).

I just ordered a few new pads & a pad cleaning spur Sunday night...they arrived this morning (Wednesday).

Yep, I ordered from them on the 15th and had it by the 18th. Irene was even answering my questions on Saturday and Sunday. I was confused about pads, and she said she was going to reword their descriptions to make it a bit more clear. They have so many interesting products to try, I'm sure I'll be giving them more of my money in the future!

Just wanted to bump this thread to tell you guys a story about the service I recently received form TOL.

Fiancé ordered a cyclo,12 green pads, 12 orange pads as a Christmas gift for yours truly (gotta love that). She received the package the next day. Upon arrival the handle was cracked. I emailed customer service and once again, the next day I had a replacement on my doorstep.

That is awesome!!!

Wow,
Sounds like their service is Top of the Line. I just bought me a new storage box for my microfibers and I believe I might be able to fit a few more in there. Yep...Talked myself into a order. :D

I ordered a bunch of fun stuff from them tonight :)

-GR40 Trim Cleaner
-303 Spot Remover
-Hi-Temp Protein Stain Remover
-100 Plastic Razor Blades

only $10 for shipping. Considering it's at least 3 pounds, good price IMO.

Joe: I finally tried the Hi-Temp stain remover today. I absolutely loved how powerful it was at cutting up the stains and killing all odors...Hence, my order :)

Cool! Glad you liked it. Did you mix it with costco APC? Not bad, eh? :brick

That trim cleaner is on my list!!!

Joe: It's not from Costco since I don't have a card there :( , but its similar (From Home Depot). Once I run out, I will find someone with a card to pick up their version.

Although I love this site and the sponsors, I have loyalty to TOP OF THE LINE. They are the number one supplier to me for several reason. They have superior products, superior service, and they are very cost effective. I asked them to contact somebody here to be a sponor, but they never reponded. One time an order leaked, and they sent another GALLON the NEXt DAY. Such a classy outfit. Also, they will call you back promptly and they are always willing to help. You can say the same for the sponsors here, but I have never gotten any product from the sponsors in 2 days. Top of the Line consistently ships quickly and their products are priced the same, or below what the sponsors charge. :bow :mohawk

This is not negative, this is just a thought about their business. Perhaps they can sell some products cheaper because they do not pay for advertising or spend the time that it takes to build empires like Autopia and Detail City. They let sponsors pay all of the bills and then they low ball the competition.

If you live closer to Arkansas than you do to Florida then it would only make sense that your TOL order would get to you faster than an Autogeek.net order.
