Today's detail: Inifinity FX45 - WOW! **56K**

I just looked for a used FX45 withing 100 miles of my zip code, and 33K was the cheapest for one. .. still a little high for me. When to get to the 15-20K mark, I'll think about snapping one up. . .

Oh, that explains it. I haven't been around here as much as I should (being winter and all, it's hard to get into detailing stuff) but now that the jobs are coming around and the weather was coming around, I'l be around too!

This may be true, but at least the guy isn't a conceited jerk or braggart at all.



Hey, if my family was well off and it offered me the chance to have dream cars and some coin in the bank, I'd take it too (most likely)
 
Yeah that was a great detail and a great colour... its really interesting about the pearls giving it *different* shades of colour. pity that we don't get infinity down under, is there any chance that car will come over badged as a nissan?

He can't help the family he was born into. As long as he is a responsible person with whatever good forture he was born into is all that matters. :)
 
Here's a story for you:



The broker we bought my Lexus from was in Atlantic City this past weekend for an auction. One of the cars for sale was a '99 Twin Turbo Lotus Esprit in bright yellow.



The new owner bought the car for $38,000. The new owner is 10 years old.



Apparently the kid's grandfather founded that auto store called Carquest (normally the low end store around here, but whatever) and just died. The kid gets 28k a month, and when he's 21 he'll get $38,000,000. As in, 6 zeros. The kid brought his nanny and father with him. The dad talks with the guy to arrange the sale after the auction and the auction employee asks how he's gonna pay. The dad pulls out a roll of bills and counts out the 38k. They brought $200,000 in cash with them.



Now, a 15 year old with a 1995 Lexus might be considered 'spoiled', but what do you consider a 10 year old with a twin turbo Lotus Esprit?



I hate this kid, because I know he's going to be one of those d*ck heads who never works for anything a day in his life, and he's starting out early.

And yes, I miss the FX :( Oh well, apparently a Murano is coming our way pretty soon.
