Tire Dressing Canister

I just ordered a Pressurized tire dressing applicator canister from TOL. It is a three gallon stainless steel canister that can be pressurized. It has a 10 foot coiled hose and a brush on the end where the dressing is dispensed. I have been wanting this piece of equipment for a long while. I ordered it to get rid of spray bottles and dressing applicators. I also hope to limit waste. Does anyone have any experience with these things.

Brwill. I'm not a professional detailer, but doesn't that limit where you can use the brush?
I don't think you would be dragging a hose through someone's interior to apply dressing
 
I haven't used one but I have stopped applying tire dressing by spraying.
I have found that I can apply it with an EO tire swipe just as fast and I don't have to worry about overspray on the paint or wheels

I have one. It really turned out to be a PITA. Carrying it around and other things, I have basically put it on the shelf.
 
It has a restrictor plate at the brush that reduces the pressure quite a bit so it does no spray out too much. It did look kind of heavy, but I am hoping to reduce the amount of spray bottles I have and also foam applicator pads. Thanks for the replies.
 
I just received (2 weeks ago) 2 5 gallon dispensers from Winner's Circle. I use one for wheel and tire cleaner, and the other for my APC. I position them at the front of the wash bay, and the hoses stretch to the rear wheels. VERY convenient. A little pricey, but a timesaver, in my shop!

I use a small garden pump sprayer to apply engine degreaser...

I got the canister on Friday. I filled it with a gallon of Grape Tire Dressing from Hi-Temp and then pressurized it to 120 or so psi with a bike tire pump. The canister, even when fully pressurized, is fairly light and easy to carry. Just a very short squeeze of the trigger wets the brush. The brush is a little large, but makes it easy to get dressing into the lettering and the edge of the tire treads. All in all, I think it will reduce time and waste, which is good.
 
Brush? I don't need no stinkin brush!

I'm able to spray on cleaner, allow to dwell for 5 minutes, and pressure wash. Works on 95% of wheels, tires, and wheel wells.

(We use AutoMagic's Citrus Wheel Cleaner)

The brush is for the tire dressing. It works well at applying the dressing, however, it is a little big for smaller tires. It will come in handy for big SUV tires though.
 
If you have busy shop this is probably a good idea, to reduce the number applicators and bottles replaced and is probably a time save as you do not have fill the sprayer as often.

These look like the old soda machine syrup supply canisters.
