I use Oil Eater too. Great stuff. Krud just melts off tires. I've been using a 1:4 dilution with great results and no ill effects on wheels. I'd treat it like an APC (Simple Green) though, probably wouldn't use it on uncoated wheels, just in case. Most of the time i use TOL Wheel Wash for wheels.

I've had problems with A2Z staining a driveway when I used it in the hot sun.

Rubber - TOL / Hi-Temp tire cleaner diluted as per instructions,

wheels - E1 A2Z.

Both work extremely well.
