The PC also has very little learning curve. I was very hesitant at first, but now I love that piece of machinery and use it all the time.

they are both a DA type, random orbital polisher.
I know dewalt makes a Da random orbital, whatever you want to call it. I've used one before at my old job, its the 443 i believe.
Swaptrex said:i am thinking about buying a used dewalt 443 orbital, but am concerned because i am very new at this. is the 443 to fast for a beginner? i was reading that it is limtied in the low speed range, and doesn't go very low for sealents and lsp's. any thoughts are appreciated.
braindead said:been using the DW443 for over a year now, IT IS a DA RO polisher. It's not too fast either. I can highly recommend it for both novice & experienced detailers... I think that "little bit of extra oomph" helps out when removing swirls too.
