I saw this at the local Big Lots and I almost starting laughing out loud. All I could think was I wonder what the people at autopia would think of this so I went to the car grabbed the camera so you guys could see what I saw.

Sorry the picture is blurry, I could not tell on the camera. You know I wish other detailing products only cost 3.50.

Funny I saw the very same thing at our local BL yesterday! They also had some tire foam (don't recall the brand) for $2.00.

Funny that you say that about nascar.. Ive been to many nascar races and got down into the pits. Most of the crews were using Megs QD on the cars. I guess if they are shiny they go faster. :grinno:
 
Big Lots has some very nice stuff. I've bought Meguiars brushes, wash mitts, and tire cleaners from there. However, recently, I haven't found anything... Maybe I'll go check it out soon.

If you have ever seen a NASCAR (real not show car) close-up, a little wax will not improve their coefficient of drag. Their body panels have more lumps than a Nestle's Crunch Bar. ;)

Of course it will not improve it in amount that matters. It will not improve it in amount that matters even if they didn't have lumps considering they are, from aerodynamic standpoint, bricks. Technically speaking it will improve COD. How much? Practically nothing. But that's enough that I wanted to joke together with them joking it will make them faster.
