OK guys,

almost half the summer went by and I did not perform any details. Not even on the camaro yet :shocked

So, work has me busy and moving 40 miles away from alot of customers sucked too.

But, here we are and I had 3 this week and already 2 lined up for next week.

So here goes,

Monday was a mercury mountaineer, detailed this one last year, lots of caked on brake dust and super greasy mats. well, to no surprise it was in the same condition as last year, probably did not even get washed once since :soscared:

Exterior Process.

Wash - GC shampoo

Clay - Megs Clay

Polish - IP via PC on a 6 inch yellow pad

Wax - Liquid # 26 via PC on a 6 inch white pad

Simple green diluted for wheels / tires,

Extra elbow grease and some Megs cleaner wax for the hard to remove brake dust.

Interior Process.

Vacuum

Spot treatment - simple green

Used the LGCM and some bissell cleaner for the crapets.

Woolite for leather, dash and trim,

Dressed with Meg's Dash and trim foam ( which now has a new and better scent )

Windows with stoners

That person should not be allowed to own a vehicle...wow was that nasty! Great work, looks nice and deep balck like it should. I never would have guess that those wheels were chrome!

Did you have any trouble with the wing?

My grand am's CC seems to be soft as hell but the wing seems to be super hard. I had to hit my wing with #83x5 and #80x3 just to get all the swirls out.

I got so frustrated with it i almost decided to try and hide the swirls instead of fixing them. I then decided that that is NOT the autopian way and i NEED to remove them not hide them. So i worked on it for hours till they where gone. Man that sucked.
