Chemically speaking. Is there a way to dye a product?

Firts layer orange, second layer blue ect?

You can buy black and red wax (Zymol) when applied to a clear coat paint system it looks 'strange' (polite version)

You want to add color to a wax to see what happens when you add more wax (with different color added) to see how they interact.

You have proposed a very interesting way of trying to identify whether or not a product just gets rubbed away when another product is layered on top.



Maybe this could be accomplished using different types of light sources, such as a 'black light' after each product layer is dyed?
