Think this is an April Fools?

THe first pic is a horribly chopped 4Runner, no doubt its a joke. What's not a joke is that Lexus is going to follow Olds into the graveyard unless they start designing "younger" cars.

How about the Lexus IS, IS-F, and upcoming GS-F?

The IS has tried to be hip and cool, but it still seems like the median age is over 50. The IS-F is awesome, but it will still attract an older crowd. I think younger people would be more attracted to a Corvette or BMW over Lexus. Of course, all of this is IMHO.



EDIT: Here's some fun information from 2005 regarding median age of buyers per auto group. I'm actually suprised to see BMW right under Lexus, but there is a three year difference.
