As long they are not driving erratically, faster than everyone else where to the point of zig zagging, there should be tolerance. I think overly slow or left lane drivers pose more a safety hazard as people try to get around them,
I agree, and see both every day. Some people feel that weaving through traffic will get them where ever is so important faster than anyone else. Part of it is due to people refusing to give up the left lane, some is because they can`t understand traffic patterns. The worst is drivers who have an ego, and as soon as they start getting passed, they feel the need to speed up and not let you pass, leaving you at an impass in the left lanes. This annoys me more than anything..
