Swanicyouth- Looking at that pair, I suspect you do a fair bit of cathair-cleanup! Much as I miss our last cat, being without one (for the first time since the mid-'80s) has actually freed up an *incredible* amount of time. Never realized how long I spent on cat-related activities (OK, our last one was pretty high-maintenance).

Oh yes. That's why I got hardwood floors in my house. I've cleaned up so much cat throw up off of carpets, I'd consider myself an expert.

I'm a big fan of Shark vacuum cleaners. I have a Navigator and one of their stick rechargeable vacs. Also, I have a full size Bissell carpet cleaner that works really well. I usually run the rechargeable unit twice a day. Cats are now locked out of the bedroom during the day - because nothing is worse than coming home from work and finding cat throw up in your bed. One of the cats threw up on the hardwood floor, and it was a JOY to clean up.

Other than that, I have their litter box in the basement.

It's a lot of work, but I really enjoy having cats.

****please support trans-species humans.

Yeah, gotta have a carpet extractor all right. And yeah#2 BTDT regarding the cat having a..uhm, problem on the bed.

Hardwood floors *are* good for pets..though the rugs we have on ours can retain hair/etc. at least as badly as our carpets.

CIA diversity program includes effort to recruit transgender candidates | Fox News

The CIA’s latest diversity program includes an effort to recruit transgender individuals into the ranks of America’s spy service.
As first reported by The Washington Free Beacon, the CIA’s three-year “Diversity and Inclusion Strategy” says “dedicated programs” are in place to recruit individuals from a variety of ethnic backgrounds, as well as from the LGBT community and elsewhere.
It says:
“We will continue to enrich our workforce by targeting diverse communities across the United States to meet our talent needs, with dedicated programs for citizens of African, Asian, Hispanic, Middle Eastern, South Asian, and Native American descent; Lesbian, xxx, Bisexual, and Transgender Individuals; Persons with Disabilities; Veterans; and Women.”
Progress toward these goals will be measured.
The three-year plan says they will monitor the “diversity and gender break-down” for recruiting trends – and resignations – and use so-called “inclusion index measures to identify trends of the elements necessary for creating a diverse and inclusive environment.”
The strategy is not contained to recruitment.
According to the plan, the CIA will hold agency-wide “unconscious bias training” as well.
“Diversity and inclusion must become an integral part of our culture to position the Agency to compete for and retain top talent and cultivate a qualified bench of future leaders. Deliberative processes combined with greater diversity and inclusion awareness will help combat unconscious bias and foster fair and equitable decision-making,” the plan says.

I watched a guy with a new Porsche 911 that still had temp tags "wash" the whole car with a gas pump squeegee while filling up his tank. Scrubbed with the sponge side and dried with the other.

Did you know that in Kentucky it’s illegal for females (but not female horses) to wear swimsuits on highways? Or it was until 1975

Teacher resigns over nude pictures taken from her cellphone

So it's her fault for leaving HER phone on HER desk, not the little bast@%# that dug into her private property and then spread the pictures around.....not sure if they're gonna punish him.....unreal

While I agree 100% that the student oughta get punished, I *do* think that she showed incredibly poor judgment (to put it nicely), and that *does* matter to me when it comes to who's teaching our kids.

And I'll even go so far as to say it *is* her fault...what if she'd left an unsecured handgun there? A teacher, in a classroom, oughta be far more careful about what he/she leaves accessible to students; kids are kids and kids do certain things rather predictably.

AND...IMO a teacher oughta have his/her cellphone on their person at all times so it's there in an emergency. Eh, I see all sorts of FAIL on her part. AND....[rant coming!]

Why must so many people have unsecured nude pix of themselves here/there/everywhere?!? Why don't they consider what might, and all so often *does*, happen and behave accordingly? IMO it's either some kind of pathology or they're simply stupid. [/rant]

I saw 1 that was pg arm covering shot not bad I must say.
As for the pics and her getting fired, man we need calm down its just a nude human body not in any kinda sexual act just a nude human nothing to be ashamed of or run away from like its a fire.
