That part I agree with, rest, nah. The market place can change anything. People vote with their $$$$$ and word of mouth

man, I can remember when I worked in a doctor's office in a shopping center a few years ago, I used to cringe watching shopping carts flying through the parking lot on windy days. I always made it a point to park out in back of the office.:yikes:
