The New 2007 Toyota Camry....(pics 56k ok)

hehe..I understand. But nobody races to 60 mph at a track, for example. They race to a certain distance, be it 1/4 mile or 1/2 mile, etc.

But what if you're merging onto a highway with a short feed-in?

The time it takes to reach 60 is a good standard for measuring acceleration under normal, road-driving circumstances IMO.

I wouldn't call it boring. The Camry's of the late 90's early 2000's were boring. At the very least, it has a much chunkier feel to it.

I hope you are really referring to the early 2000's because there was much better styling in the late 90s and 2000. After 2001 they got ugly... just my opinion tho.. i may be a little biased tho...

id recommend fk's 1000P

or collinite 845 looks good too

but i really like 1000P

cool, thanks for the recommendation! i have some 845, and come to think of it... i think that will be the best choice since my pops doesn't do too much to the car in terms of maintenance...

*rather than start a new thread*

if anyone has the new camry in silver, i have a pair of Brand New bumper plugs for trade/sell. PM me if you're interested...

Its an OK looking car. My next door neighour has one. I thought it was a Lexus at first.

One thing that really suckks though, is the massive emblem on the front. Ive seen it on Mercs and sme honda and the badge is just way too big

oops! old thread... soz

In the words of Richard Hammond, it's "Bwilliant!"

Always been a Toyota fan and I find the current design easy on the eyes. Had a chance to drive it for several weeks and I very much enjoyed it. Perhaps a little too much. :grinno:

my dad wishes he had bought the new accord (he sold his last one which had over 250,000 miles and still ran) as he doesn't like the way the acceleration kicks in the new camry...
