IMO that's like asking "which is best, a hand drill or a drill press?" I wouldn't want to be without either of them, but if I could only have one I'd pick the PC (D/A).
Rotaries are good, especially when you need the extra power. But there aren't all *that* many people who can do it all with *only* a rotary. E.G., if you get some holograms you'll wish you had the PC too.
