The BEST AIO

I know this has been talked about but what is the best AIO. Yeah need input from you =, yah you reading this now. I value your opinion.

I think a while back the majority said Zanio AIO ???

Thanks

I haven't used the ZAIO since it was introduced and wasn't impressed. But I know others have had great luck with it. My personal favorite is Werkstatt Prime Strong for its cleaning and polishing properties. Otherwise Optimum PoliSeal for general one step details.

ZAIO for sure, no oily fillers. Some claim it has a carnuba warm glow. Whatever that means. :)

Agreed, though DG501 is a great also. The only let down I can think of with ZAIO is that it doesn't look epic on metallics. Its similar to carnauba looks mean poor flake pop. If you can stomach much less durability, FK215 is one of the best looking on metallics. That said, nothing comes close to ZAIO's durability, cleaning and polishing ability as well as how little you actually have to use. Its only expensive till you use it.

IMO "best AIO" is like "best screwdriver", depends what you're trying to do with it.

I use KAIO, SRP, and ZAIO, and for me they all have their "best for this job" moments.

Yeah your right. Trying to keep up my light brown (tan) with a good AIO .... Daily driver

To me, its a lot clearer because I don't believe in topping AIO's. When I use AIOs, I want it to BE an AIO. While I think KAIO and SRP are good products, IMO, they are crummy AIO's because they provide mediocre protection.

Yeah, I agree. I use d151, srp, soft99 (can't recall what else at the moment). Each has their own pros & cons depending on situation.

For the majority of my one step details, I use d151. I tried optimum and didn't get the correction I was looking for. Every time I use d151 it amazes me.

How do you like the durability and looks of D151?

I think that it gives great looks, almost a sealant like look. It really makes metallic flake pop. For durability, I'd say 1-2 months or so. I really wouldnt recommend it for your own car as there are better products if you keep good care of your car.

Yeah, I have a jug for the cheap jobs and favors for friends :). I was underwhelmed at the durability of the wax that came with the MF system so I'm trying to get a good gauge of my LSP's lifetime (would be nice to get a database together of typical life times of the popular LSP's).

I would like it to last more than 1 to 2 months........

I'm with you there, why bother with an AIO if you have to top. I'd rather use something like powerfinish and top with something durable like 845.

I use FK 215 and Meg D151, I see some mention DG501? I use DG501 a lot and would not call it an AIO I would say it is a cleaner wax, I have noticed no correction with it

That's a good point, I tend to forget that people really do want the AIO to be an ALL IN ONE! Heh heh, yeah...back to my always topping 'em, huh?!? :o

For this, I'd go with the Zaino.
