Yesterday I had the priviledge, of recieving some intel from ShineOn, and Elortt (I must give credit where credit is do) about four star being located in Sarasota. They even told me who to talk to (Dwayne). But they did fail to tell me that the "MAN" that they were referring me to was the owner/creator of Detail City. To make a long story short I grabbed the yellow pages right after I got the intell. And sure enough there was four star in the phone book. I immediately called the # and asked for Dwayne, and he told me that he had read a couple of my threads related to becoming a professional detailer. I left work, drove 10 minutes away from my job doing about 80 in a 35 to meet this guy. Ironically four star is on 17th street and my house is on 12th street (literally 2 minutes away). So I found four star met Dwayne etc. and that's when he told me that he created detail city, because my stupid A&& asked him how long he had been a member, and how he found the cite.

Dwayne gave me a tour of the facilites. Showed me the shipping department, the shelves were literally empty.
I know just from being in the warehouse what you guys favorite products are and are not.
"I would be willing to even take a quiz"
Dwayne also went over each product line with me, the detailing process, bought me a water, because I don't drink soda. Showed me some washing techniques, went over the different types of buffers, and polishers, buffer pads there purposes, how he takes your orders and get them out to you immediately, all the while he was still working to satisfy you all. I was amazed, impressed and got put out feeling like a kid at xmas that didn't get a chance to finish telling santa what he wanted.
I want be long winded, but if it weren't for you guys being attentive about me living in Sarasota, four star could have been there for monthes before I would have discovered it.
