That Green Hulk

SteveO, I hope you charge him atleast 300.00+, If was me I would chage him that price. If he refused, I rip his testicle off :rofl j/k.

How many hrs you put in that puppy?

think he put in 12 hours?

Excellent detail, bit of an *** for now spraying it down first. Never mind always gonna get them

Id charge £350 sterling pounds, which is probably 500 bucks??

JJ

NICE job! Unless he was a personal friend, I would have sent him on his way. I wouldnt let that thing park infront of my house like that. He should have jumped for friggin joy when he saw that thing!

can you say "pressure washer"

that would have been blasted with my 2800 psi 6.5 hp honda,,, if ya know what i mean....

no pressure washer??? i would have drove it to the local pressure wash first....get most of the mud off first...

That looks like punishment!

Nice work though man. I'm with Scottwax, I would've either turned him down or charged him through the roof for it.

Regarding the rinse down comment, that's your job!

Did you get a tip?

Nope, no tip, no "good job", or anything. Just "looks better".

Normally I would have turned him down, but a fellow from a automotive board I'm on recommended him to me. When I start turning people away when it comes to that kind of stuff, it gets around on the board pretty quick, and seems to turn nasty.

As far as rinsing down, no, its not my job, I'm a detailer, not a general scum cleaner.

Edit: Of, but thank you all for the very nice comments.

Grant is not easily excited Steve. Hell, even when he wins out at the dragstrip he doesn't get excited. He did say it was a good job a couple of times when we were there to pick up the truck and shook your hand when we left. I know Grant and when he did that that was a confirmation from him on a job well done. I've known him for a few years now, so I feel I can speak for him.

I've also put a link to your website on our racing website (www.pozernickracing.com) to show some further appreciation. We don't get a lot of hits (average about 50 a day), but hey, it free advertising.

When I think about it, he did say thanks a couple times. I'm just a little bit tired from that truck. I slept till 10 am this morning, and thats definatly not like me.

Thanks for the link to my site. :dance :woot:

amazing, the truck looks like a totally different vehicle :woohoo:

you better enter this in to the transformation contest :2thumbs:

I will next month, but I'm hoping I'll finally win this month. That way I can retire all memory of this truck. :xyxthumbs

Stevo

I will have to say that is the BEST transformation I have seen ..one word describes it meaning your skill and the finished job "OUTSTANDING". As far as I am concerned ..You can keep up with the best.

I am more of a lurker here and just post when I need help..but this deserved a praise by all means.

One question I must ask..why are most of the cars you get " The vehicles from Hell"..LOL

Again Fantastic turnaround..

Thanks a lot man. Who says I should replace the Malibu entry with this thing?

LOL I can't believe somebody actually brought a truck in for detailing when it's completely covered in dirt! :lol

If I were that guy I would be dying trying to hold back my laughter as I drove it up to your driveway!

Nice work though. It must have been a pain in the *ss to wash all the crap off. I would have declined the job unless he took it through a touchless car wash first.

Thats sick, but I give you props :bigups

If he gave me the keys I would have taken it to a cheap car wash place just to get most of that crap off and save me time. The truck looks really good though now and the guy should be a little more careful with it. I know hes got a Hemi but that todesn't mean he should go offroading with his windows wide down.

As far as turning people down, I do it all the time. It just makes me wanted more :o

Hah, I took it for a little rip after I washed it to "dry it". I think that paided me. Surprisingly that thing has BALLS!

Dang, that looks like a photoshop job ! just can't under stand how anyone can drive a truck looking like that around, trucks on construction site look cleaner. You should have charged him easily $400cdn, can't understand why he would bring it to a detailer anyways, did he even consider and machine wash ? ...nice work anyways Stevo you keep them beautiful in Manitoba :xyxthumbs
