---for a great detailing tip. Last week I put on a coat of DG105, but didn't have time the next day to throw on a coat of Aquawax. This week when I did an ONR wash I put an ounce of Aquawax as you suggested in one of your posts (although the suggestion was for OCW). Worked like a charm--could immediately see and feel the difference while drying--saved a whole step.

So do you think this might be a solution to one of the negative comments people make about Opticoat 2.0--that it doesn't have that slick feel of a sealant?? Since the Opticoat won't hold much for long this would be a way to add that feel without adding additional labor to the process?? Just add Aquawax, OCW or some other spray wax/sealant to the ONR wash water each time you wash??

Glad I could help!

I have the coating on my car and while it does look terrific and bead like crazy still, the feeling after a wash is more smooth than super slick. Adding an ounce or so of OCW keeps the paint super slick, and the slickness holds on for a while. Really fast way to keep the slickness up because a lot of customer like to run the back of their hands across my paint to see if it is slick. :)
