I would like to publicly thank Jose Fernandez of Superior Shine. Last week I had the opportunity to spend 3 days in his passenger seat discovering his detailing business and methods. Joe has been detailing for more than 20 years, and in that time he has developed some great techniques, but above all else a standard of quality that is beyond compare. Spending a week with Joe would be beneficial not only to the mobile detailer, but also a fixed shop like myself. His methods of work have been honed by years of experience, and a passion for shine. No car is too large or small for his talents, and talents is the right term, he is an artist.

The only negative point from spending time with Joe is sore ribs, from all the laughing.

Thanks again Joe, and I hope I am not the only detailer that will take the opportunity to spend some time with you and learn from the paint whisperer, well worth the investment.

Your praise is well deserved, he always turns in top notch work. Did you have like a little training/job shadowing to help improve your skills? That is a very interesting idea. Im glad everything worked out and you learned some great stuff!

Not only shadowing but full participation. Joe covered his ways of doing just about everything, and knew enough to glance over subjects that I am proficient in, and go in depth where needed. While driving from job to job the learning does not stop, Joe uses this time to cover marketing and the evolution of the business(Joe is by far one of the most forward thinking detailers I know, having adopted reclaim long before it was popular or needed, and recently he has adopted run off free practices to keep his leadership role in the industry).

I will say it again, anyone considering formal training owes it to themselves to spend a few days with Joe, more than worth the investment.
