I have to agree with everyone here and Meghan is a first class person. She has always gone out of her way to help me and solve / resolve every issue I've had.....detailing issues of course! :rofl
 
I would not be surprised that Meghan would get personally involved with any customer issue regarding a PBMG purchase (AG, ACC, etc).
 
so do autopia car care and AG share the same support staff?

I don't think they do. Here I call Nicole and Penny at AG. Megan said for questions about Autopiaforums to direct them over here. Just my opinion. :inspector:

I don't know about the structure, but regardless of their specific jobs, Meghan saw a post I made last summer and offered her help to remedy the situation in the future. That's good for all of PBMG. :rockon
 
Top notch customer support with a knowledgeable staff, probably one of the biggest reasons I order the bulk of my supplies from ACC!
 
Meghan is great. She has handled an issue I had on an order with AG. I don't think I've had a negative experience with anyone I've dealt with.
 
Meghan is amazing. I can't tell you how many times she has helped me with order I placed. I remember one time I placed an order with an AG gift cert. Meghan was on her day off and got everything straightened out for me !!!
 
Yeah over the Christmas holidays she was always working from home. Max has quite the employee in her.
