Hey guys, I've been meaning to make this video for a little while. It's showing how effective the Rupes is at using non Rupes polishes such as M205.

I explain my thoughts on the Rupes polishes in the end of the video, but the major point to take away from that is to try it yourself and come to your own conclusions :)

Anyways, hope you enjoy some pretty incredible correction (IMO) considering it came from the Rupes Yellow Pad and M205 :)

P.S. The Buffing is sped up 4x so don't think I go crazy with the buffer lol!

I'm running the LHR 15 and surprised how well these machines cut and finish with a mild polish. I've had it finish 2000 sanding with just M205 and MF finishing disc.
 
Probably gonna hate myself for this question............

but

Can ya use 6.5" lc pads on it, or does it have to be 7?
 
The Rupes is a beast. d300 and a mf pad cuts through defects like noones business. I followed up with 205 on a finishing mf and it really cleaned up nicely. Im very happy with my rupes purchase.
 
I bought a 21 & a 5" backing plate.
I'm very happy with the purchase.
It corrects very quickly and easily.
I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

M100 & a Meg 5" microfiber cutting disc.
Corrected a swirled hood in 15 minutes.
