About a month ago I did a little test on the trunk of the S:

Jeffs and Klasse are only on the first Left halves topped with the Carnaubas and only the Carnaubas on the right with no sealant:

S100 on top of the tape and Pinnacle on the bottom of the tape:

Update:

This is the dirty trunk only washed twice since the 2nd week of May:

This is the side where the sealants topped with carnauba is:

This is the side where only the carnauba is:

This is after a quick wash:

What I noticed was that the side with Jeffs, sheets off the water a lot faster than the side with Klasse.

As far as the side with only carnauba and no sealants, the water sheeted a lot slower than the side with the sealants and beaded a lot less than the side with the sealants.

So, after my little test, I've come to the conclusion that the best form of protection is the technique I learned from one of the guys at s2ki.com, and that is to apply a Sealant and Top it with a carnuaba for a little extra pop and some extra protection.

With this Florida heat, the carnaubas have lasted but obviously not as long as the sealants.

I can't wait till I try the Collonite 845 Wax.....
