Taking suggestions on my messed up paint

Hi I took a couple of pictures of my hood of my 1997 Ford Explorer Sport after I washed it. I did a basic wash, no polish or wax. I'm waiting to get some product to fix my cars paint.

(Sorry I tried to post them in the message, but it wasn't working for me, first time posting images)

If you looked at the pictures you can see my hood is pretty messed up. :scared I've had it for 2 1/2 years and I regularly wash it and put cheap wax from Wal-Mart (Blackmagic, armor all) I have no idea how it has gotten this bad, its embarrasing. So far the products I've bought are to help improve my situation are:

#9

MPPC

NXT

Clay magic

PC with a deluxe pad kit from CMA

The rest of my car isn't like this, but there are swirls all over my car (couldn't take any pictures of this, it was dark) and some minor scratches. Just taking any suggestions on a course of action to help improve my paint, I won't be suprise if this isn't fixable. Maybe a more aggresive polish like DACP, don't know if MPPC will do the job or not. Can anyone help?

Are those only waterspots?

One in particular looks like clearcoat failure, like the kind you get from love bugs.

Search for water spots. I suggest you tackle one problem at a time. And that's the first one to tackle.

Good luck. Welcome to Autopia.

See to me they don't look like waterspots. They look like almost like the paint is cracking. I guess you would call it spiderwebbing?
