I am trying out the System One pads and polish. I don't seem to be getting enough correction with the System 1 polish and the wool side. Anyone know how strong of a cut it is supposed to have? Compared to...........? Looks like I might have to step up to something else for more correction. Seems to dust alot also. I have OP, OC, OHC, IP, FPII, HiTemp Extreme Cut, 357 Magnum. Seems to be romoving all the swirls fine but not the RIDS. Thx.

Usually RIDS are removed one at a time, using a dedicated spot area process. Like wetsanding, or a really strong compound used just where the RIDS are. It's generally not a good idea to take all of your clear coat down to the level necessary to get out RIDS (which is what you'd be doing if you just kept compounding the whole panel til the RIDS were out.)

Try sending a PM to Totoland Mach... he has used it quite a bit and might be able to tell you a difference versus a well known 3M product.
