SuperiorShine comes to Irvine, CA

I recently had Joe (SuperiorShine.com) come down and do 3 late model MBs in Irvine.

He normally does not service Irvine, but if there is enough interest he will.

If you are in Irvine and are interested in participating, PM me.

My goal is to have him come regularly to do full details and maintenance washes.

So far we have 3 cars and we need more.

not to be rude, but it sounds like you are spamming. this being that your first two posts are basically advertisements. yes, joe does amazing work and is very well respected...

Nope, not spamming at all.

I found SuperiorShine through this forum 2 years ago when I bought my 08 E550. Joe wouldn't come to Irvine just for my car. You can check his site, he doesn't service South OC at all.

Recently, a friend of mine bought 2 brand new MBs and so for 3 cars Joe came out.

I want my cars done more frequently than my friend, so the only way Joe will come down to Irvine again is if I have 3 cars total to be done.

Joe also wants to use a "waterless" wash product for the maintenance washes and I've got a black car so I posted about it because I don't fully understand how dirt can be "wiped off" a car without scratching it.

I think Joe has such a good reputation and is so busy, the last thing he needs is to drum up business by spamming, BUT .. *I* do need my car detailed regularly and want Joe to come down to Irvine/Newport more often.

So if anyone is interested, let me know so we can setup a time/date for Joe to come out. I'm self-employed and my schedule is flexible.

Why not hire someone local? there is some pretty good detailers in the OC area.

I can understand where the guy is coming from as I drive 4 hours to Houston once a month to take care of clients cars down there and if I can't get at least 4-5 cars together it's just not worth making the trip.

He's just trying to get some other cars involved so he can get his properly taken care of.

Yes, there's a lot of good detailers locally, but this poster doesn't want "good", he wants the best, someone he can trust to do it right and perfect the first time.

.....and no I'm not spamming either.:wavey

Josh

I am with Josh(not spamming either), there are some good detailers just about everywhere, but only 1 José Fernandez, and of all the detailers I have met and had the pleasure to work with he is by far the best at the craft. Nothing is ever just OK with JosÉ it's either perfect, or needs to be done, nothing in between.

José has a very well deserved reputation, plus he is as humble as they come, if he wanted to he could yell off every mountain top that he is the best, but instead goes about his life, satisfying customers everywhere he goes without any EGO problems, just thanking God that he was given the gift of paint whispering.

Funny, the person who accused me of spamming deleted his post.

Thanks for the support from the rest of you. Yes, I love my car and would easily spend $500/mo keeping it shining. I'm buying another one next year and that'll make 2 cars and then I'll only need 1 more to get Joe to come out :)

Now I wish I knew Joe back when I owned my plane. It was hangered in an area Joe services. The fact that Joe does airplanes speaks volumes. It is not as easy as doing a car because if you screw it up, people could die.

while some may agree with you (yes, joe does excellent work and is well respected) doesn't mean that the first two post you have should have .com after his company name right?

while some may agree with you (yes, joe does excellent work and is well respected) doesn't mean that the first two post (or majority of them) you have should have to put .com after his company name right (it just seemed a little suspicious as you just joined the forum too)? in anycase.. if you bring more business to him, you have done a good job... :2thumbs:

to a point (some things seemed kind of suspicious), but hey and the bottom line is... if joe (from superiorshine.com) gets more business through this, more power to him. you've done a good job... :2thumbs:

Yeah, I guess since my first two posts after joining involved Superior I can see how someone can think that. Honestly, I'm not here to drum up business for anyone. I just want to find a way to get Joe to come down here more often. One way or another it'll happen even if I have to subsidize my friend's cars to make the budget work.

Who is jose fernandez?
José is his given name, and to simplify things many call him Joe, but anyway you call him, you will get one of the best detailers the world has to offer.
