Went up to Milwaukee to detail a STi.
Got up there around 9:30ish and left arouns 1:45ish. . .
The STi was in fairly good shape. . not a whole lot of swirling on the outside. . .some typical scuffs and scratches for a subaru. The interior wasn't as bad as Dennys had described it (no pics of the interior)
Here's the process:
Wash with Quick Easy Wash-the GSRStillex method with bug sprayer bottle
Clayed the hood and rear bumper with Mothers Clay
Washed again with the QEW
The tires got Meguiars Hot Shine
Glass inside got Stoners Glass
Interior panels got 303 Aerospace Protectant
Carpets and seats got cleaned with a 1:15 Top Of The Line Cleaner
Motor got degreased with Simpley Green and the hoses got dressed with Tire Magic dressing
Exhaust was cleaned with #0000 Super Fine Steele Wool and glass cleaner
The scuffed/scratches got buffed with Meguiars Dual Action Cleaner and Polich
The rest of the car got done with Meguiars NXT Tech Wax
