My friend recently got a motorcycle. Its in pretty good condition considering its 1990 Ninja ZX600. Its got a nice blue and black paint. The black paint has a nice blue flake to it. Anyway its kinda bad on the gas tank. I guess the previous owner wasn't careful when filling up and some dripped over the tank. We tried a couple of things on it and it didn't touch the gas etching. I tried claying, VM, and Scratch Out(only thing around). We are wondering if its possible to remove this etching??? Maybe a little compounding??? Attached are some pictures. The whole bike isn't like this, its just zoomed in pictures of it. They are very small portions(2"x 2") on the gas tank. Any suggesstions/comments are welcome.
