Suede Microfiber?

Does anyone have any comments or experience with Top Of The Line

Microfiber Micro-Suede Towels or Micro-Suede Bonnets



Would this weave be good for buffing or a specific product application or removal?



Is it superior for buffing wax compared to a plush MF?

I bought a couple suede MF's at walmart and find they work great on glass

I love the "suede" microfiber towels. They're uber-smooth and luxurious. Not really a general-purpose sort of thing for me though.



Since they have no nap I find they load up too fast for removing products (for my tastes anyway). They'd be great for a "final buff" after product removal but I mostly use them for cleaning lenses, clear plastics and small glass surfaces (they'd probably work well on big glass surfaces but they seem "too good" for that to me).



I tried the bonnets for removal but you'd have to either use an awful lot of them or use products with minimal residue.

I use the TOL suede-style bonnets on the Cyclo for LSP removal all the time. My experiences have been more satsifactory than The Other PC's, but I put LSPs on awfully thin. Much more so, I suspect, than most Autopians.



I use them to remove everything from KSG/UPP to #16. I do, however, always go over the panel by hand with another MF (often another suede-style one or a CBT) just to make sure I get it all. You can try by hand first, then the bonnet or the other way around, but IMO you reall need both approaches to make sure you buff everything off 100%.



But contrary to the ad copy at TOL, it's not like using "regular MFs" really removes too much LSP or anything You can try the suede-style ones, but I dunno if they're really necessary.
