Nice work on that monster....it looks new!!!

Are those OEM rims? they look meaty on the truck...as they should IMO

The rims are American Eagle polished aluminium wheels with BFG all terrain 285/75/16 tires. I have had them on for about two years. They really make the truck stand out. I hate little tires on trucks. The truck has been great and I hope to get another two years out of her.

Same here about rims on SUV's and trucks...more meat, more meat....that's ole school!

The PA rims are a pain to keep up with but IMO look fantastic when well maintained yours look that way...what are you using for polish?

For the rims I use a mothers powerball about every two weeks with mothers polish. If anyone has any suggestions I am all ears. I have to be very careful with chemicals around them. I detail the truck every three months and I usually split it up over three days. I dont care for detailing large trucks but this is mine so I do it with pleasure. I am starting to really appreciate having an older truck. People are always shocked when I tell them it is almost eight years old. Its easy to clean a new truck but old ones are a challenge. Sorry to ramble, just bored on a sunday night.

Dear Bored...have a look at Zephyr Pro-40 for metal polish...I do believe that Dwayne has it....I have tons of R&D on polished aluminium rims and this one was the go to product for me.....a little trick....once you are done polishing and there is a ton of black residue on you and the rims...use some baking soda on a clean MF towel to remove the reside from the rim...you can thank me later for this tip....trust me
