Submerged iPhone!

Do you have problems with your 3G or is it 3GS? They said there were many problems with the 3G.

I never had any problems with mine (3G). The headphone jack doesn't work real well with the apple headphones anymore though...I used some Sony ones with it that still work fine but for some reason the apple ones cut out now and then. It also has some dust behind the display which can only be seen in certain light but it doesn't effect how it works.

What kind of problems were you having?

I guess it did freeze up now and then, but all I had to do was reset it and it worked fine. Dropped calls were no different than any other phone I've had.

Honestly, the new iPhone 4 blows away the 3G and 3Gs

3G - 128mb RAM
3Gs - 256mb RAM
iPhone 4 - 512mb RAM

It also has a faster processor, much better display, 720P HD video, better camera that rivals most point and shoot units, video phone calling (Facetime), better battery, and much more...

Crackberry :-B

LOL....

why not make a good habit of cheking your pockets before throwing your clothes in a washer? A smart phone is relatively big and you should be able to spot it...

My wife submerged hers in water and it worked after a few hours of drying out. Then she dropped it in the toilet a few months later....yes after she went pee, and it worked again after a few days of drying. The battery life was not as good and it was glitchy now and then but it worked for several months before she got the new iPhone 4.

Place it if front of a heater vent or fan for a few days. I've also heard placing it in a baggy full of rice will help.

Oh boy :-t

Thats when I'd get the new phone lol
