Subaru World Rally Blue, is it light or dark?

Now that I've owned my car for about a year and kept it clean with OTC products, I'm going to start using some pro products. I got a PC for my birthday in January, and I just need to get some cleaners, polishes, ect.



The car is a 04 Subaru WRX, world rally blue. Is this color considered light or dark? To me, it's smack in the middle.



I'm planning on using:



Clay

AIO

SG

Some kind of top notch wax on top of it all.



There are some very minor swirls that I may just leave and see of the AIO with the PC takes care of. If not, any suggestions?
 
I think the poorboys stuff is really good but others will chime in. as you know make sure you have planty of MF and other stuff like that I would say it's a bright dark color I love it and if i could have i would have gotten the baja in that color



AIO is a great choice I would love to see some UPP on that color though i think it would look super But SG is good also I just think you need +3 coats to get a good handle on what it will look like I hope to see it in person sometime.
 
We use AIO+2xSG on our 04 white WRX. It's blindingly bright in the sun! ;)



I think if you wanted to darken the colour, SG is not the way to go. I think as others have said UPP makes the metal flake stand out better. Our car is not metallic, and is a daily driver, so I chose SG for durability. I normally use UPP on pretty much everything else. :p
