Stuf'd my ride today

I was going to Klasse it, but I picked up the Stuf instead.

I QEW'd, then Stuf'd. For those who've used it, you know what I got. For those who haven't used it, it's a very easy product to use; it's more of a cream than a liquid. I used maybe an ounce or perhaps a little less on my Miata w/hardtop. It goes on easy, comes off easy, and doesn't stain trim. It rewards thin coats, and punishes even a slight amount of buildup, so, go easy. It's a "do the whole car, wait, remove" product. It has no cleaning properties, but the wax liquifiers do pick up a minor, negligible amount of pigment; it's far less than you'd get with NXT or #20.

My feeling is it's another product in the liquid #26 family, which is a good thing. The look is mostly wet and glossy, a characteristic that I value highly.

Overall, in a world of high end waxes, this is another one. That's not damning with faint praise, it's echoing exactly what Lesley says in Stuf's webcopy and what she says here; they don't make any claims for any position in the "heirarchy", but if you use the product correctly you'll be satisfied. I'm satisfied, the car looks great!

Sorry for no pictures. All the pictures of my car look the same. It's red, it's shiny. Go to my gallery and pick one, if you have to. It won't be the Stuf picture, but you can pretend that it is.

I agree with the #26 comparison. Stuf leaves a nice soft, wet glow like #26 does. I know my younger son really liked using it because of how easy it goes on and comes off.

Scott - Which one do you find to look wetter...#16 or #26?

#26 comes in paste and liquid doesn't it? I've been thinking about trying #26 for a long time on my car. What do you think?

They both look wet. #26 will slightly darken the color and the reflection are slightly muted compared to #16.

You can pick up a bottle or a can at Pep Boys for around $10. Worth having in your arsenal.

Telling it how it is to the point of forthright and brutal honest - love the review Tom. :xyxthumbs

I am a big STUFF fan.I like all there products and the customer service(Leslie) is second to none. There car wash is a really nice product but If you tried there wax you must try there polish. They sell all 3 for $36 which I think is a good price. When was the last time you bought a wax or polish with the date on it.there products work well for me and the cars I take care of.

I have the polish, but my car didn't need any polishing. I've heard it's great, though!

I'll snap a photo tomorrow morning, for those who think that I should have posted one.

Agreed. Imparts a slight yellow tint as does Paste Glaz.
