Stubborn water etching or...What should I try next?

I got back from my deployment and my trucks paint looks pretty beat up. Before I left I put on Jeff's werksatt but I guess even that wore off with the summer heat and sunshine. 


 


I'm not 100% sure if this is just water etching,oxidation or the paint starting to give out, see the photos for what I'm working with.


 


It's only on the roof and since ive owned the truck I've sealed it about once a month to include the winter, before me I have no idea how it was cared for. I've done everything short of wet sanding does anyone have any suggestions?

If I can't fix it I'm thinking of getting just the roof wrapped, not sure with what yet but would prolong the life before repaint.

I'd try 3D Eraser - Apply it to a soft polishing pad and work it in. Should remove this without breaking your back.
