Another car done for Hunters Performance Solutions. They just finished the build on the car, STS Rear Mount Set-up/347ci/built transmission/drag suspension. Car was pretty dirty from sitting outside the shop and just generally sitting. Not much in the way of scratches in the paint, plus it looked to have been repainted probably in the last two years.

Process:

Wash:

Foamed w/ CG Citrous Wash

Wash w/ CG Citrous Wash via TBM

Rims/Tires w/ GrimeReaper

After Wash:

Clayed w/ Medium Grade Clay w/ ONR Lube

Dried Off

Taped w/ 3M Automotive Masking Tape <---- Amazing tape

Buffing:

M205 via GG DA w/ Uber Orange

M205 via GG DA w/ Uber Green

IPA Wipe Down

LSP:

Waxed w/ CG Concourse 50-50

Windows w/ Stoners Invisible Glass

Tires w/ Pinn Black Onxy Tire Gel

As always...the condition of the car when I got there.

After washing it, got it inside, dried off and started to clay it. Paint was covered in this think black film. Had to get some pictures of the clay bar in some areas after doing panels.

Also here is the best shop I could get of the defects in the paint. Paint was in pretty good condition, looked like it might have been fully repainted in the previous months. A rather good cheap paint job.

What the bar looked like clean...

Then after many folds and panels later. This is how it looked after doing the spoiler. Remember what it looked like clean...then this...

After finishing...inside the shop getting pictures as it started to rain.

Did a quick number on the tail lights as they were rather trashed and it was rather bothering me...

That looks so much better. Any pics of the motor?

As for the 'hidden fmic', seems like if they had a custom perferated license plate cover it would be more functional? Better than being under the hood in some instances but still not the best results being hidden behind fascia.
