the work of Autopians (the work by many on here is just AMAZING) is superior to most detail shops these days and if someone complains about the prices, they'll find out they are going to get what they pay for and then some. either way, they'll most likely be calling you to fix the damage someone else does...

Maybe it is what you said my friend,but i felt very very sad,because i am trying to offer them the best possible job,the best price as i can, and they didn't even asked me why is so much(if they think so) and what did i did on the car....Am i too expensive and i don't know it???

I want to keep all the customers happy with any way......

Well, at least once you've done the big, initial correction job you shouldn't have to put in so much time/effort on subsequent details. Maybe you can explain that to them next time.



And yeah, it *does* seem like you oughta let 'em know up front what it'll cost so there aren't any surprises on either side..at least a close estimate.



And, not that I know from this stuff...your prices seem plenty reasonable to me.

This is was i am usually doing,explain/show/and discuss for the prices before...But with those guys happened a misunderstanding, they thought that i am of those cheap detailrs that they apply some AIO/WAX on the car and finish in an hour or something...It was my mistake too that i didn't explained to them what exactly i am doing and how much i charge,but also it was my mistake that i thought that they knew about my prices and my job,as my price lists are there,and they saw me working,and also they saw results from me....

Anyway,for my the ''case is closed'' and i will never get a job that someone else booked for me...

I would like to thank you all of you guys for the help on that case, and i hope that everything is going to be OK with everyone...I will keep trying to offer my best possible on every car,and i hope that one day they will appreciate what i am doing....
