I set up a similar poll at another board, curious about what the autopian pro's think



WHICH IS BETTER STONER'S IG OR NXT GLASS CLEANER?



WHY?
 
stoners ig + microfiber towel = :up also.... eagle one has come out with a new glass cleaner in a can that looks pretty promising.
 
Stoners + NEWSPAPER (optional final buff with MF)= BEST RESULTS...



I also use STONERS IG to break down the BIRD DROPPINGS when the NYC PIGEONS ATTACK!



(they seem to really like Black cars)
 
Having used both I will say that these are two of the finest glass cleaners I've ever used. I tend to give the nod to Megs as I think it removes stubborn film slightly better. Either leaves glass streak free when used with a quality microfiber.
 
Unless everyone voting has used both, this poll will be biased towards IG because it's been around longer. I've only used IG and hated it. It's a streaky mess in humid weather and contains Butyl Cellosolves(sp?). Haven't tried the NXT though.
 
I never got Stoner IG to perfrom to my satisfaction no matter what application method I used. You name it: mf, terry, newspaper, paper towel, shop towel, various other fabrics, etc.just not to my liking.



I'm experimenting with a cleaner from Zep and per that discussion on DC, I feel optimisitc about testing the Megs Detailer line glass cleaner.
 
The only other glass cleaner I remotely like other than IG is Sprayaway, and it is a distant second.
