Stoner products

Yeah man! All those Stoner products are some wicked "far-out" products that are like wild!

Seriously, There are certain "Stoner" products that I use on a regular basis such as Invisible Glass and Trim Cleaner. I received a sample box of a bunch of their products when I ordered a case of IG and a case of TC. The sample products I received were things like Speed Bead, More Shine Less Time, Gust, Bead Max, Trim Shine, Fabrotex, Tarminator.

I've used a few of the stuff in the sample case with positive results and some I didn't care for.

The winners in my opinion are once again - Invisible Glass and Trim Cleaner.

Oh, I also received a t-shirt that has the word "STONER" in big red letters on the front of it... I just can't get up the nerve to wear it in public yet... ;)

I have the same little catalog. I am thinking of ordering the glass cleaner, tar remover and xenit(?).

Do you have another catalog (extra) or a way I can get a more current one possibly with more products in it?

The catalog I have is their spring/summer 2003. The 12 can car kit offer free with your first order expired July 31, but they may still have some deal going like that.. Call them at 800-227-5538 and see.. The one I have has 23 pages and is loaded with almost all their products...
 
Guys I used to use Stoners glass cleaner.Then I tried the 3M aerosol glass cleaner.I havent used Stoners since. Has anyone else tried 3M?
 
IMO the biggest downside to the Stoner's products is that they are aerosol cans. I used the MSLT for tires, and I got product ALL OVER my car.

So, you spray the product on the applicator... negating the need for the aerosol delivery system.

Quick and dirty evaluation of the stuff in the sample kit (for how well it works):

Trim Shine & MSLT for vinyl, rubber, etc: This is my favorite. Use it in all the nooks and crannies of the interior, like around radio and climate controls. The only product that takes advantage of being an aerosol to good effect.

Carpet Cleaner: works well.

IG: excellent glass cleaner. Spray on the rag first.

MSLT for tires: Looks good. Spray it on the applicator.

Speed Bead and Bead Max: I didn't like them. YMMV.

Fabprotex: I guess it works; how would you know?

Trim Cleaner: works OK.

I haven't used Xenit, Gust, or Tarminator yet.

"Overspray", that was my concern also. I am thinking also about their gallon size stuff, i.e., "foaming car wash", "wheel and tire cleaner", "all purpose cleaner" (pg. 7 of the catalog) these kinda products. Is it worth it to pay upwards of 40-50 dollars???

My buddy has the 3M glass cleaner, and likes it also. I'll have to give it a try. I really like the SprayWay glass cleaner (except for the way it sprays). So far, the Sprayway has given me the cleanest/streak free windows of all the product I've tried, plus it's less money than the Stoners IG. However, if I remember correctly, the 3M is reasonably priced too.
 
Just got that catalog pictured above today. In the past I used MSLT regularly. Tried IG several times, didn't care for it, I'm a fan of Tarminator, just got 3 cans for $2 each at Strauss, guess they're not carrying any more. Xenit I haven't tried. I hear Gust is just like any other canned air.
 
I use those dishwashing thingies that you put dish soap into the handle and it has a small round sponge on the end. Does anyone else use this method?
