Stoner Bead Max

So I know it's not really been a hot product. In fact, I did a search and it hasn't had it's own thread since 2003!

But this past December, after some initial marketing efforts, I received a phone call from the National Stoner Product Director. After a nice conversation he said that his boss had authorized him to send me a case of all of their products to sample and test. I thought..."ok."

I wasn't super stoked...mainly because I'm a product snob. I was excited to get the Tarminator, Xenit, and IG. I already use those products and love'em!

Well anyway, the box showed up the next day. I was impressed. He sent all of the products they carry including MF's.

The products sat for a while and finally one day this past month (January) I washed the Xterra ('05 Silver...my DD) and decided to apply the Bead Max and some other stuff.

AND...I have to say, I just got back from washing my xterra again, and AGAIN applied the Bead Max. It's not exotic, it smells like a some chemical lube, and the nozzle clogs up which is probably why it makes it a little tricky to wipe clean at first use. BUT...for an aerosol spray, not exotic or talked about wax, and how it looks in the winter sun...I really like it. It creates a SUPER slick surface and I can spray and wipe the whole truck (1x) in less than 5 minutes. The beads are very tight when it does get wet and it sheets amazingly well. The overall look it glossy...like plastic.

I can't believe it....i feel like I'm endorsing BoBo's, but until it runs out, it'll be my personal go-to this winter. I'm not going to push it on my clients, but it works for the work truck. Just thought I'd share my shamed affair and pass on some of the guilt about something that feels good :(

ive seen it in the stores but never even thought of trying it because i have never heard anything about it. thanks for letting us know how it worked for you. let us know how it holds up for you.

I've used it and was initially surprised how good a product it is, no joke.

I bought it some years ago in their $49.95 kit that comes with a little of everything. I have reordered since. It's really an outstanding product for the money spent.

I recently tried BeadMax on my daily driver. It does a surprisingly good job. It is not in the same category as some of the more expensive boutique waxes. However, it is really easy to apply (essentially I spray, wipe in with a MF pad, let haze , and remove), I did not that I sometimes spritz the panel with a QD to assist in removal. received this in a package with other Stoner products. Basically, in the time it takes to QD a car, you can apply a longer lasting wax treatment. (very nice , especially in winter washing/waxing routines).

I have a can that must date back to 2003 or so. As I recall, I thought it was a very good product. If it had stained my trim, it would have been booted to the trash. Not used like a QD. Spray a little on an MF towel and wipe away (on a clean surface).
